Canapés night for Emaad

Hello food lovers,

Last month, our friend Emaad asked Foodscape to provide canapés for a little dinner bash he organised for some friends at his house. The night was very festive and was made all the merrier with sounds of electro music pumping out of the stereo! For the occasion, Foodscape designed a colourful menu that included both vegetarian and meat options. The quail eggs shown below were a success while the turkey meat balls were a completely innovative idea, incorporating ingredients from our famous family recipe that has been passed on from one generation to the next.

Halloween Treats

Hello food lovers,

Foodscape catered Halloween goodies for a kids' birthday party last Sunday. We spent most of the weekend arts-and-crafting and must admit, we had a great time. From sandwiches to mac&cheese, pizzas and chicken strippers, we catered for the younger pallet. The menu also included a selection of sweet treats, shown below. Barrio Latino - A very hot Foodscape event!

Hello food lovers!

To celebrate Amani's birthday, Foodscape went on an exotic adventure and paid tribute to the entire Latin American continent. While salsa tunes mixed with hot cumbia grooves, people danced away until the early hours in what was probably the most exciting event of the year so far...

Guests enjoyed a little taste of Brazil and Mexico with delicious bite size food meticulously prepared by the Foodscape team. We would like to thank all our friends who joined us for the celebrations and hope they enjoyed the party just as much as we did!

Carla's Birthday Party - A Foodscape Event

Last Saturday, our friend Carla celebrated her birthday and asked us to provide canapés for her guests. We couldn’t resist such a tempting offer and naturally since Carla is the talented creator behind our Foodscape logo, we wanted to impress and had to come up with an original and creative menu.

It took many hours of brainstorming and preparation but with the music pumping in our kitchen, we managed to prepare 8 different dishes and 3 desserts, all based on the theme “The Americas”. From crab and mango wraps with a homemade spicy mayonnaise, to cod and shrimp ceviche and margarita cookies, everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with the results! Oh and the margarita cookies: to die for and certainly one of the most creative cookies to ever come out of our kitchen!

Everything we prepared was home-made, even the tapenade and burger buns. Mayos, dips, sauces, nothing came out of a can, all was made with lots of fresh secret ingredients and most importantly, lots and lots of love!

Music entertainment was provided by the talented DJ G.On while guests grooved to the beats. A great success overall, looking forward to the next party.
